One to Eighteen is a monthly coffee cupping series directed primarily towards professionals in the food and beverage industry. Each month a different DC, Maryland and Virginia area small-batch roaster will have an opportunity to interact directly with mixologists, bar managers, chefs, restaurateurs or other hospitality professionals.
By holding these events on Monday afternoons, the idea is to offer food & beverage professionals a chance to expand their own coffee palates and gain further education at a time that best suits their work patterns. While also providing a platform for smaller roasters to potentially reach new customers within DC’s rapidly growing food and beverage scene.
